Personal training services purchased are void after expiration.
CANCELLATION/REFUND
FIT FACTORY has a 12-hour cancellation policy. To avoid paying for your missed session in full, we request that you provide us with at least 12 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Sessions not cancelled will be forfeited as a completed session.
REFUND: Fitness training services are NON-REFUNDABLE unless a verifiable medical conflict exist (Physician letter required)
ARRIVING LATE
Please contact your trainer if you will be arriving late for your training session. Trainers will wait 15 minutes for late arrivals, at that point the session will be charged and the Personal Trainer has the right to leave the premises. Session time missed for late arrivals will not be made up.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & PLANS
Upon completing your purchase you will be automatically enrolled into a monthly subscription. Payments will be billed monthly at your selected rate. All class packages have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you choose to cancel please contact management to process your request.

PLEASE NOTE - All members have up to 1 hour prior to class time to register and 30 minutes prior to class time to cancel.
PARTNER & SEMI PERSONAL CANCELLATION
There are no individual make up sessions for partner or semi personal training. Missing partner or group sessions will result in that individual forfeiting the session.
TRAINING REFUND POLICY
After your Training services have started (Personal, Partner & Group Training) any unused training services/sessions will not be refunded, but may be scheduled for up to 60 days after initial payment.
Refunds requested in writing prior to the beginning of a training program will
be given in full, minus a $20 processing fee.
If you purchase Training Sessions and cannot finish the sessions due to health issues, you may be eligible for a refund for unused sessions minus a $20 processing fee. You must provide documentation from your physician to receive this refund.
